Horrible service! Took over 30 minutes to get my order! And the man who “says” he’s the GM was screaming at me and was talking about the wrong order! Also sanitation rags should NEVER be next to food! 🤮 literally on the plate! If Roberto is the manager he should address the health code violation before verbally attacking a customer!

Every time my husband and I visit this El Pollo Loco, we look forward to seeing Violet! She is absolutely amazing! Always so nice, personable, and genuinely happy to see us. She remembers us by name, asks how we’re doing, and goes above and beyond to make sure our food is fresh and perfect every single time. Violet is incredibly fast and precise with every order. We never have to wait long, and she always gets everything right, down to the smallest detail like our condiments. You can tell she truly loves her job, and it shows in the way she treats every customer with care and positivity. We visit often, and Violet is a big reason why. She’s an outstanding employee and a true example of great customer service. Thank you, Violet, for always making our experience such a pleasure!

This place is a good el polo loco. My only concern is that they have recently been “low on salsa” so they can’t give us enough. I wish there was a way to pay for salsa and it would be nice if they had it in stock. Other than that, great place

We are posting this video for customers to be aware of what’s going on on this Pollo Loco Restaurant at the Eastern location in Henderson. We have nothing against Pollo Loco. We love the food, in fact we dine in at least once a week in this particular location. Our complaint is about one of the employee named ANA. She is very rude, unrespectful, not pleasant and looks like very unhappy working there. We arrived at this restaurant at 8:25 pm Dec 19,2025 and as soon as we get in she said “be fast we are almost closing”. She was already flipping the tables and chairs and sweeping the floor and dusting the carpets. She purposely sweep the dirt on the floor in our direction while we are eating. I have over the years thought of El Pollo Loco as a good alternative source for fast food of a better quality than many others. Times have certainly changed for many fast food or fast casual restaurants. The economy has had a dismal effect as now folks believe fast food eating as a career option no longer is it the source of income for students and first time employees. So higher wages are here in the form of minimum wage laws so that an employee can properly care for their families. With that prices have risen sharply. But the restaurant business model has not.
