El Pollo Loco

Extremely poor experience and management at this location. A man positioned outside the entrance—standing directly in the doorway and making it difficult for customers to walk in—was interacting in a way that made another customer uncomfortable. He stood in her path and would not move aside when she attempted to enter. He told me (his words) that he was homeless, had no papers, was there to make money, that he would not move from the doorway, and that I could even call the police. He said, “La policía me la pela; they can’t do anything to me.” I replied, “Really? What about immigration?” and he responded, “La migra me la pela también.” I began recording and asked him to repeat it, and he did. The service has improves BIG TIME!!!!! No more issues with using my credit or debit card on their machines and being double or triple charged on my account because they have new Machines! customer service is very friendly but they stopped still give the red Chipotle Salsa! 😭 not a deal breaker but sad. You can still dine in if you want but I love taking my food to go so I can watch TV at home while enjoying my Pollo Loco meal. Anyways it's so refreshing to see the improvements in the restaurant and I am very happy to be back there to buy good again. The chicken taste great like always, just the downside side for me is the no more Chipotle Red Salsa 🤦‍♂️

I went to get my lunch at this location. Store was clean. But unfortunately there was an employee named Hector was very rude. I asked him if he can help. He pointed me to the register. I was trying to figure it out how to use my coupon. There was another young boy ,he was very polite and helpful. He helped me with my order. At the end my number was called I approached Hector again, he was more rude and pointed at the corner. He didn't even ask me if I needed anything else.

I love the fresh salsa especially the cilantro dressing. I never get tire of eating chicken and the variety of salads they have

We had a salad and a burrito. They were both very good.
