I ordered the Tostada, but the lettuce on top was in really bad condition, it tasted frozen or even spoiled. When I mentioned it to the store manager, he insisted everything was fine, even though I’ve ordered the same item at other branches and never had this issue. In the end, the photos and video I uploaded speak for themselves

Very friendly staff. Service was fast and there was no line/wait to order. The chicken was freshly made, and the location was super clean, including the gender neutral bathrooms. El pollo loco continues to be go-to place when I want fast food, but still eat something healthy (roasted chicken, salad and veggies).

Recently visited for lunch and had the 2 piece meal ( breast & wing ) which comes with two sides. This location is near a number of industrial parks on the Irvine/Lake Forest border. Mariana the cashier was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed my meal and hope to return again soon!
