El Pollo Loco

My visit to El Pollo Loco was absolutely fantastic! I decided to try one of each of their tacos, and I was blown away by the incredible flavors in every single one. The ingredients were remarkably fresh, from the crisp lettuce to the juicy, perfectly seasoned meats. Each taco offered a unique taste, showcasing the care and quality put into the menu. The vibrant salsas and toppings added such a delightful zing! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I left feeling satisfied and excited to return for more. El Pollo Loco is now my go-to spot for fresh, delicious tacos that never disappoint! Highly recommend giving their taco selection a try for a truly enjoyable meal

I love this place, great food. Every single time I go there the service gets worse and worse. They don’t know what there putting in the salad. Got two salad butts

I love love loveeee pollo loco. But after yesterday I will not be returning to this location. I got there at 8:50pm…..they close at 10pm. Tell me why the moment the cashier saw me park he rushed to lock the doors. Which is honestly crazy because the store doesn’t close until 10. If you don’t want to serve customers then maybe don’t work there. They acted like they were closed at 8:50pm on Jan 19th! So please whoever sees this please address it because a business can not be locking doors an hour in advance and worst part was that he literally saw me and literally went to lock the doors when I parked which is just beyond foul! I’ve managed restaurants before and you can not be closing that early when you see a customer. The whole staff was there it just seems like they wanted to get paid for

Quick, friendly service. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Chicken was great. Got corn tortillas and salsa. Salsa comes in small plastic containers. Wish they were a bit bigger. But they did give me two of them.

Our visit here wasn't anything special. food was very dry/bland. Clearly sat under a heat lamp. Half of the options they didn't even have. "all out". It has potential but only if the quality increased.
