El Pollo Loco

I was able to place a last-minute catering order in the morning, and honestly didn’t think it would be possible on such short notice. Thanks to Yesenia, everything came together perfectly and we were able to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The food was great, and the service was even better!

About $12 total for 2 tasty chicken bowls, since we don’t get the chips and drink. Can’t beat it for a quick and easy meal. This specific restaurant location is ultra fast and you wait less than a few minutes to get your food. Got home and dig into my chicken bowl and the taste and flavor were maybe a 7 out of 10. Again, great for the price since it’s so cheap.

I just left El Pollo Loco . I rarely write reviews. The person who took my order and was at the window was extremely rude! When ordering I asked him to please make sure my sauces are in my bag because my previous time there they fogot them. I asked for a lot of ice for my drink.When I got to the window my drink didn’t have a lot of ice so I said when you have a minute may I get a cup of ice. As he walked away he said “ Please “ sarcastically and shook his head. I said I said excuse me, what did you say? He said I gave YOU a lot of ice. I said apparently not enough or I wouldn’t be asking for more! He handed me the ice and then took the bag of sauces and shook the bag saying ok look I’m putting them in the bag! Very rudely. He apparently didn’t like that I let him know they forgot last time

Recently visited this location and had the 2 piece leg and thigh combo which comes with 2 sides and a drink. Good tasting chicken. Location is in the La Paz Center near Ralph's.

Best non sit down place for great food. The chicken is absolutely flavorful, always moist and delish! The prices are competitive with Del Taco but a mich higher quality of food. The bowls and salads are fantastic.
