El Pollo Loco

Placed an online order and the food was supposed to be ready at 515. I ordered two, 2 piece chicken meals and it came out about $29. I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order and was told it wasn't ready and to wait outside the front for 10 min and they'd bring it out. I only ordered 2 meals. Both meals were almost identical. Both meal sides were mac n cheese, one meal with broccoli, and one meal with salad. I did not get my food until about 5:40 pm. No one brought it out to me, I got tired of waiting and went inside and I saw my order just sitting on the counter. The food was cold by the time I got home. I'm pissed, not only was my time wasted, my money was wasted too! The chicken was dry and cold and chicken breast and dry wing was tiny. I will never ask my husband to take me to this

Don't really do bad reviews, but we went here. Ordered in drive thru, got both our orders wrong. They repeated the order three times correctly, but we did not receive what we wanted. A queso guacamole chicken burrito and street corn bowl. Got a burrito with chicken and mostly rice ans beans, the bowl had no corn and other stuff to make it a taco. Idk, the food don't taste as good, they changed something. Won't be back again.

Too small chicken portion and breast it's very very dry. Like it's been cooked days ago.

Food is always fresh and service is prompt and friendly. Cost is a couple dollars more than typical fast food, but it's healthier and deliciouser. 😉

ALWAYS my go-to place for grilled chicken! This time I tried the 2 pork carnitas tacos & they had PLENTY of meat and other toppings. It was YUMMMMM!!! Service is always very fast and our orders are accurate. They always ask if I want anything extra like salsa etc. Employees are always smiley and friendly. Coupons make the meal totally worth it!
