I hadn’t been to an El Pollo Loco in many years. What happened? Atmosphere unrecognizable. Food was ok so 3 ⭐️.
The associates were so great here! I haven't eaten at such a clean restaurant in ages! What a pleasure! They even were wiping down the legs of furniture. Food was great too! We will definitely go back!
We love El Pollo Loco! Specially that location!, everyone is nice, helpful and professional Itzel is very kind and her customer service skills are excellent!, we love the freshness of the food and the great deals.
The El Pollo Loco on Scripps Poway Parkway closed and this one is now the closest to my house. Went here for a quick dinner this week and everything was as expected. The lights for the menu board were not on when I drove through - but thankfully they were open. Got a Chipotle Avocado Chicken Burrito and it was good. I thought I used to get chips with it...but not this time.
They forgot to put in our order and offered free sides for the wait time. Super friendly and that would never happen in Los Angeles
