El Pollo Loco

I came to have dinner with my wife at 8:30pm. This place was 40 degrees inside. No ice, and they were in such a hurry to close. It was very uncomfortable to eat we were so cold. All they said was sorry about the temperature. The girl working inside was wearing a jacket.

Best customer service so far here in Houston. Came in a bit late since we had to stay in town and finish a commercial roofing job. Walked in at 9:45pm and miss Guadalupe other hypnotizing me with her eyes had the best attitude. Even though they were about to close all the crew hooked me up with the best dinner for my guys

Ordered a chicken burrito and almost died.. had a whole bone stuck in my throat.

Their chicken was so flat and drumsticks were small. We really couldn't taste the meat. Their chicken didn't look like the picture they have on the wall. Their rice was dry. The only item that was good was the charro beans. My husband asked for a cup of water for water. The cup was the size for a toddler . What a shame

This was my first time at this establishment. It’s an authentic Mexican food taste as opposed to Tex Mex. I paid a $1.00 upcharge for chicken breast instead of thigh meat. I ordered a bowl. It was very filling and I couldn’t eat it all. Definitely worth the money. Because I signed up on the app I received a free guacamole and chips. Customer service was excellent.
