El Pollo Loco

I drive over to the Hayden location from 64th because the level of customer service was way below standard. They forgot my drink went with the meal … I got it though. Although these properties look way better than the Bell location off 7th, the customer service on 7th is supreme. This people acted like they didn’t want to work there.

I can't say that I'm an El Pollo Loco fan. I tried it after years of not ever going to one. It was just as bad as I remember. What they are mostly known for (the chicken) was a 3 out of 5, the flavor is all on the skin. The rice is always horrible at this place. The churros...never again, the oil tasted old. There are so many places better than this, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The menu looked tempting, but the food was a far cry from the experience. The chicken was very tasty, but the accompaniments weren't great. They need to be more careful with the beans because of the heat.

One of the best locations of this restaurant. Love chicken tostadas... be back

I ordered a chicken avocado burrito. it’s delicious! I enjoy the creamy avocado flavor. Burrito carries some weight. It is very filling! Fast and friendly service. There was no wait at cashier. clean environment. I wish the restrooms were a little bit cleaner.
