Great staff, clean area for enjoyable meals.

Best Mexican food in the area. Kind of a joke, kind of not. Always great service. Always good quality. Very clean restaurant. Overall two enthusiastic thumbs up. Family meals are such a great deal. They never forget to offer utensils or plates or salsas. Staff is really great. Food is good but the staff really makes the difference for me. Keep it up!

I’ve been buying tostados for a long time, but just lately they’ve been putting soggy not crisp lettuce in their tostadas. I will no longer be buying food at Pollo Loco. I think they’re rushing so much that they’re forgetting the most important detail of their food

I went today not knowing what I really wanted, Luis the cashier had excellent customer service, he informed me about some specials which worked out perfect. I wish we had more people like him at fast food restaurants. I’m very satisfied. Thank you Luis C

The Chicken Had a Guest - Unfortunately, I found a hair in my side dish. Since I'm bald, I can confirm this was not mine! Beyond the gross discovery, I noticed that kitchen staff were not wearing hairnets, which is a major hygiene oversight. The food itself was unappetizing due to this discovery, and I'm concerned about food safety.
