El Pollo Loco

Great marketing! My wife and I had an opportunity to come in on the School District and First Responders night. We tried it a second night bring a family member and first responder, first time we have been here were during that event. Food was delicious, and tonight was just as good… we will continue to come back. Omar was awesome, as well as all the staff we interacted with! Thanks again!

The food is always PIPING hot and they never forget extras (sauces and such), the seasoning is always on point but it’s so fresh! The review is mainly for IRMA, she’s so personable and she checked my order super meticulously. She’s so great Im writing a review just bc she should get recognition for it! So friendly and above and beyond!! Also shout out to Jackie because she took my order today and was super nice and sweet! But I’m serious, the food is so well seasoned all the time and FRESH! I wish I can stress that enough.

Pollo Loco has the best chicken in town. The salsa verde pairs good with it and the beans and rice are amazing. The tortillas are excellent. The service is always great and they don't keep you waiting long but is you do have to wait it's totally worth it.

Food is good at the Jordan Landing location but their customer service needs a lot of work. Fountain machine was out of ice. Couldn’t get anyone to get us ice from the one in the back. They said someone was getting ice to fill the one in the lobby. They got the ice and left it sitting in the back on a cart. We even asked two different employees. Employees in the back coughing around everywhere and not covering their mouth.

Really enjoyed the food here. The flavors were fresh and authentic, and the portions were generous. Friendly service and a lively atmosphere made it a great experience.
