El Pollo Supremo Express - North Bergen

Placed an Uber delivery because I am sick paying $27 dollars for just a whole chicken (entire order was about $48). Description says 8 pieces, 2 drums, 2 thighs, 2 wings, 2 breast (one piece cut in two). I received 3 drums, 1 wing, 3 thighs, 1 breast. Maybe some people would be ok with this but 2 individuals in my household only eat breast meat and now I have to order something else. A whole chicken is a whole chicken, I guess my chicken had 3 legs and half a sternum 🦵 🙃 😅 Update after reply from establishment: While maybe 8 pieces seems like a whole chicken that is false advertisement (charging US26 for drums and thighs is just wrong). You need to add a disclaimer online saying that substitutions might happen because as of right now the description under whole chicken is 2 drums, 2 thigh

I had Pollo Supremo YEARS AGO, it was mid back then. Took the plunge, food is hands down the best!! Flavorful, juicy chicken! The congris puts all local spots to shame. The Yuca is soft , they should give more mojo cups. Ribs were fine but the champ is the chicken! Prices are fair, would definitely recommend/return! Sundays the plaza is a mad house in terms of traffic/ parking?

Ordered catering for an office luncheon. Delivery was sourced via Uber eats and arrived about 30 minutes after the requested delivery time. Ropa Vieja juices spilled out of the container and arrived a mess, however everything else was packaged nicely and arrived hot. Food was very tasty. The ribs were a hit.

Always welcomed to come here and satisfy my needs. Food is great. El sazón está para chuparse los dedos. Overall pretty neat place. This is my go to place.

Two of the four chicken pieces barely had any meat. That said, the rest of the food was decent, prices were fair, and the customer service was excellent.
