El Potro Mexican Restaurant

Best tacos I've had in a long time. Meat wasn't watered down so it has more flavor, texture and the shells stay crunchy - not soggy. Highly recommend.

I had to place a large catering order, short turnaround time, and El Potro came through! I visited a few Mexican spots before landing at El Potro Mexican Restaurant in Lake City, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Ms. Irma (the hostess on duty) took care of me. She made sure I understood what was happening, walked me through different options, and honestly… she heard what I was trying to say even when I didn’t fully know what to ask for. I knew what I needed, but I didn’t have all the “catering language,” and she helped me put it together into a package that was perfect. The restaurant itself was nicely renovated, very clean, and had a smooth flow, and she even invited me to bring my team in, Irma said she’d love to host my party of 60.
