El Ranchero Mexican Grill & Bar - Loganville

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. In my opinion they are the best Tex mex in town. The cheese dip and salsa is awesome. Service is fantastic. They always send out coupons. I love their horchata. My favorite dish is either the fajitas parallax’s for two people, pollo relleno ( with rice beans & toppings), or burrito taco rice and beans with enchilada sauce instead of burrito sauce. My husband likes the carnitas plate too.

My favorite chicken soup-a meal in itself. All of the food is great and you always get great service.

We’ve been coming here for years. They are consistently good while all the other ones around us keep changing up the menu. The fajitas and nachos are my favs usually. Just wanted the soup to warm up the cold rainy day. We got takeout. Fast, hot and always good!

Nice spot to grab a bite and have conversation. Love the fact the bar area is separate from main dining. It seems like they had karaoke there on the bar side.

I will start with the good. The food was plentiful. They give you large.portions for a fair price. Now for the bad The food was bland. The black beans were watery as if they poured them right out of the can. The asada was more like round steak. It's definitely not traditional. The beans were dry, but the rice was good. I love sopes. This one looked so good, but it was not. The chicken was in big chunks and very dry. I was very disappointed. The bathroom smelt like crap..it was dirty, and no tissue was in one of the stalls. My server was as dry as the desert. No personality, no recommendations. I definitely will not recommend or return.
