El Rancheros Mexican Food

1st time I went through the drive thru and was happy to know they have a vegetarian super burrito. I was excited that this restaurant is open 24 hours. Everything closes early these days and sometimes you get hungry after 8pm. I ordered the burrito 🌯 and ended up splitting it in half and sharing itvwith my daughter for dinner. The following week I chose El Ranchero over Chipotle to get a burrito again before heading to the movies. Got jome cut the burrito in half and it only had a bunch of rice falling out of the tortilla with maybe a scoop of pico. There was no guacamole or sour cream to hold the burrito together so I called & let them know that my super veggie was just a veggie burrito missing the ingredients that hold everything together. The drive through worker was super nice, respectful and had great customer service. The food came out quick and was reasonably priced. The reason for only giving three stars was because the beans and rice had absolutely no flavor at all it was kinda like it was missing the basic natural flavor each of those items carry without any seasonings. Kinda disappointing. The rolled tacos were ok I prefer mine crispy and these were only crispy on the edges.

Went in somewhere between 1 and 2 am on 02/25/2026 and the cashier did not seem to understand my order. The Cashier's name was Andrea. I had to clarify my order multiple times and I don't know if the cashier was messing with me but when I finally got the order correct I had been there for around 15 minutes and they must have rushed our order because my partners meal had chicken that was raw in the middle and raw potatoes at the bottom of the fries I ordered for her. Sad cause I do genuinely enjoy the food here but this is not an experience I want to recreate.

Restaurant was bright and clean. Staff, very friendly and helpful. Salsa bar with DELICIOUS salsas, pickled onions and Chiles, as well as Fried Chiles. Good range of Heat 🌶️. I got the super burrito with lengua. Never had lengua in a red sauce, but there was sooo much flavor. Generous amount of fillings. The burrito lasted me a couple meals! Portions and flavor definitely worth the price!! We will definitely be returning!!! Also pictured, taco salad.

I’m a stickler for quality and good food. It was my families first time eating here tonight and it was very flavorful. I come from a family of cooks and I don’t eat everyone’s food, but this is good. Even the Jamaica drink is delicious. As long as they keep the quality going, my family and I will return.
