El Rey Del Shawarma

Came here based on reviews! 27 Dollars is expensive for two items. I ordered a mixed shawarma with tequinos. I was disappointed by the small nubs instead of the flauta..I have been to many venezuelan spots. This tequinos was the worst one. My bill for these two was almost $27 dollars. I think that's way overpriced. The beef and bread had excellent flavor..

On a Monday late night around 11:30 pm. I wanted to try something different. Driving by I saw there was a food truck, and it was empty only 3 employees standing out smoking. Well we park order and waited in our car because it was cold outside. After waiting about 20mins our order was ready it was to go so I didn't realize what I got till I got home. I order the pepito llanero and the bread was burnt too hard to bite. So, I use a fork to eat the inside. But very disappointed that we were the only customers there and couldn't even care what they are serving. Like this is a family own business and paid $37.68 for burnt food. I lived local and I will never go back there again. Safe your money or eat somewhere else.

They were out of stock of a lot of items in their menu as well as drinks, the food was good but it took a long time.

The food was delicious! 4 stars really only since the food is so soaked in different sauces (all delicious I have to emphasize), by the time I was able to get home, about 20 minutes roughly, my bread was soggy on my Pepito but otherwise the flavors were on point! I wish they had a take out option for sauces to be on the side if it's so sauce-heavy, but definitely recommend this hidden gem!

The food and service were excellent! I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Orlando—truly the best option. Eduard was very kind, and the portion sizes were just right.
