El Taco Express

I arrived in Glenwood Springs at the beginning of January 2026 eager to relax in the hot springs, and my sister and I were craving tacos. We stumbled upon this incredible taco food truck, and it turned out to be a standout experience. The tacos were absolutely delicious, some of the best I’ve had in Colorado. The vibrant flavors and flavorful sauces truly blew us away. If you're visiting Glenwood Springs, I highly recommend stopping here for a tasty and memorable meal.

Stopped by for some delicious tacos. All of the tacos are $3 each. My food came out fast. It wasn't busy, and I waited about 5 minutes for my tacos to be brought to me. As a plus, if you tell them you're eating in your car, they will bring your order right out to you - amazing little bit of service. I had the pork and pineapple taco, tongue, and fish taco. All of them were delicious. The pork and pineapple taco was an unexpected twist, and I thank the Google summary for the suggestion to try it. I could eat about 10 of those without a second thought. If you're in the area and are on a budget or just love great homemade tacos, stop by - you won't regret it.

The Tripa and BBQ express tacos are so good, very similar to the ones I had in Hermosillo Mexico. Their sauces are also very authentic. Thanks for making my Christmas lunch so delightful!

Decided to stop by El Taco Express for dinner since it had great reviews and as expected, it was wonderful! Got some classic street tacos (asada, the pork and pineapple, and birria), and all were great, but classic asada was my preference! Great service and even better tacos! Loved the little salsa assortment they brought out with the food.

So so so good! Great service! That salsa was sooooo good. The ice cream was the cherry on top!!! Best way to end the night
