El Taco Fresco Food Truck

I'm from LA, and I've never tried campechano before. It's a mixed meat option, and here it's a combination of chorizo and carne asada. It's a wonderful mix that combines the salty acid of the chorizo and the smokiness of the asada. The 1 taco I ordered was huge for $3.50. (I'd just eaten 3 tacos at a truck down the street but wanted to try this place because it was suggested by my Lyft driver.) The family running the truck were friendly and chill. The truck and eating area were very clean. I'll gladly come back!

What a GEM! I live finding yummy Food Trucks like this! The food is so delicious and the Pico you can taste is so fresh! Such a better alternative to fast food and much more satisfying. Just look at my Pic! It's even better than it looks! Gonna have a hard time not eating this every night! Pic is the burrito bowl no beans extra rice. $10 at time if posting

The BEST burritos in Springfield! Amazing service and the size and flavor of their food is in my opinion 5 stars! Love it!

We have enjoyed dinner from El Taco Fresco twice, and we plan to continue!! Burritos are incredibly good - and gigantic! Asada fries were delicious and the presentation knocked it out of the park. So grateful we found this place. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.
