El Taco Paco

I kept hearing about this taco place called Taco Paco, and honestly I thought the reviews were too good to be true. But today I stopped by and wow. I ordered 8 tacos and a quesadilla (for 3 people) , and those tortillas tasted like they fell straight from heaven. The cooked pineapple was perfectly caramelized. Both salsas had amazing flavor with the perfect kick.The tacos were juicy, tender, and unbelievably good.We ordered and were served at our truck almost instantly, and the staff was incredibly polite and attentive. They truly went all out, and it showed in every detail. Not to mention great price! I am in awe. Taco Paco is officially my new favorite taco spot.

Haven't tried anything other than the quesadillas, amazing, I find myself craving them Sunday through Wednesday when they're not open. If the food and service quality stay the same, it'll be weekly visits for me.

Noticed a shiney new food truck/trailer across the parking lot from our li'l bike shop tonight (White Rock Bike Repair). Walked over to chat & get the sitch - ended up trying their Taco Al Pastor (pork & pineapple!). OMG - the 2 brothers were great, telling me all about their family business. The taco was over stuffed with tender moist seasoned pork, pineapple bits, grilled onion and cilantro in a double-layered soft corn tortilla - hit the spot! So glad they moved in 😀

First time here and I’m already hooked! The asada tacos are amazing—my new go-to. Definitely coming back soon

The tacos are so so good! Def the best tacos al pastor. I’ll be coming back for sure.
