El Torito

**Updated Review - February 2026** On my third visit to Palmdale in as many months, I wanted to revisit El Torito to see what their Taco Tuesday might offer.. What I discovered brought with it a sense of glee.. El Torito offers a street taco bar as part of their Taco Tuesday festivities.. For $3 each, you can choose carne asada, chicken, al pastor, or carnitas tacos.. You can also opt in for charro-style pinto beans and corn cake.. On this visit I sampled three tacos, the beans, and the corn cake.. Nicole offered great service at the taco bar.. After she delivered the basics, I was able to add a shredded lettuce/red cabbage blend, a cilantro/onion blend, and grated cojito cheese to each of my tacos.. Fresh lime wedges were available, too.. Came here for lunch and was greeted by none other than Rachel herself. Rachel was my bartender and server, and she made the whole experience amazing. My first time coming here, but won't be my last. Ask her to make something special for you, and you won't regret it. Rachel... if you're reading this. Thanks for making some amazing drinks and taking care of me.

Rachel is soooo sweet. We love her so much. We came for happy hour and she was always attentive and asking us if we needed anything

Dolly is amazing, she es the bartender for the night. Our drinks were delicious. Even tho she was tung only one at night she took care of us. My brother and I come here often for HH. Good is really good, service always great, drinks on point

I had such an amazing experience at El Torito seriously one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out fresh and full of flavor. But what really made the whole night unforgettable was my server, Klarissa. She was beyond amazing super attentive, friendly, quick with refills, and just had the best energy the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. She made sure everything was perfect, checked in at the right times, and honestly turned a great meal into a 10/10 experience. It’s rare to find service that good these days. If you’re thinking about going to El Torito, do it and if you’re lucky enough to get Clarissa
