El Ultimo Trago

We LOVE this place! Stumbled upon it a few weeks ago and have returned several times. Trio fajitas - steak, chicken and shrimp -- DEVINE!! El Pastor Burrito -- DELICIOSO...Mmmwah!! Coy, the bartender, is AMAZING!! Best chips and homemade salsa we've found in Fburg or Spotsy!!

I think I may have found my favorite place in Fredericksburg area 🤞. Owner and her sister were very friendly and welcoming. They host a bike night on Thursdays. They have been opened a few months now. I’ll come back and try them again.

This place is so fun!!!! It’s fun and clean and beautiful. The servers are so nice and the food tastes awesome and authentic. We love to play pool and darts after we eat and just chill have a few drinks. Saturday night they had a dj playing really good music of all genres. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants good food and a good atmosphere to hangout!

Really wanted to like this place, considering the decorations and establishment is very well presented, but I feel as management should be a lot stricter if they want success from this place. Aswell as educate themselves on how to properly make an authentic dish/drinks. Came in asked for a virgin Pina colada got straight up pineapple juice. Unacceptable. Food was decent birria tasted like straight oil no flavor, also I think our server was the owners sister? Not sure but they should be trained accordingly. Will be willing to try this place again in a couple months. I really want to like this place as it’s beautifully designed wishing best of luck I’ll be back soon, hope the pina colada are better and not just juice or a shot of tequila.
