Electric City Roasting Company

Today 10 am, tall blonde female employee made me an iced mocha, it was warm. I asked for cup of ice, she instead takes my drink to the back, dumps some out to add more ice. It tasted bitter & gross. I asked for an iced caramel latte instead & she told me all syrups were sugar-free, I asked to see the bottle, was not sugar free. She proceeds to put 6 pumps of syrup in, which I'm sure is double than needed. Was so gross, super sweet, ended up throwing it away. The fact she was so bothered & rolled her eyes at least 4x during our interaction was very unprofessional

Employees complaing loudly, one decides to help. Muffin ice cold could not get a knife in it stale, egg sandwich terrible stale and hard Husband wentcand brought it back after coming back to room just terrible. This is not the first time the last time we purchased there chocolate items also were stale we just decided not to take it back it was late and we were leaving in the morning.

Marina made the best latte that I have had in a while! Friendly as ever…. She is such an asset to the Electric City Roasting Company team!

Best little coffee house in town. Great staff. Love their pastries. Prices are worth it. We usually go every Saturday and Sunday. Great place!!!!!!

The barista believes an iced latte is made with cold brew instead of espresso. It is not.
