If you need confirmation about how good this bread is, stop by the Oconomowoc farmers market on Saturday morning and take a gander at the line of people (sometimes 30+ people deep) waiting to get some. If you want any shot at buying a sourdough cinnamon roll, I highly recommend joining the line at 8am sharp. 11/10 would recommend and worth dragging myself out of bed at 7:00am to join the long line every Saturday.

I cannot say enough about this incredible bread! We have tried every kind. I have a freezer full and often share it with others. The birdseed, pretzel and cranberry walnut are our favorites, but each flavor has a place. The bread keeps for months in the freezer then stays fresh for a week to 10 days in the fridge. The pizza crusts are fantastic! The biscuits are a real treat! The cinnamon raisin are a favorite flavor with plain close behind. Sometimes there are fun specialty items. Every one has been superb. Once you eat this bread, you will never want to settle for anything else. There is no turning back. Hooray for sourdough! Thank you Elemental Bread Company!
