Elias Carter House Bed and Breakfast

The Elias Carter House is a historic gem and Lori and Wayne are the perfect hosts. As former B&B owners, Bill and I were very impressed with the attention to detail that makes such a difference. They welcomed us warmly and were extremely accommodating. Beverages are easily available at any time. There are wonderful places to sit and read. The gardens and patio areas are so inviting! (Wish we had more time). Breakfast was excellent: Lori's chocolate chip pumpkin bread and Wayne's fruit-stuffed pancake prepared me well for a day of shopping at the Brimfield show! ||||We stayed in the Godiva room. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had good lighting and plush towels. The entire place was spotless. ||||Bill and I look forward to

A delightful B&B! The grounds took my breath away when we pulled up. The home is beautiful and the garden is very well taken care of. Lori and Wayne were so welcoming and hospitable. They talked about the history of the home, recommended a really great place for dinner (where we got to hear an incredible local musician), and had put together a nice fire in their cozy sunroom for when we returned. The room was exceptionally clean and fresh (with good AC), and we slept great. The breakfast was out of this world- Wayne and Lori put together a huge spread of food, including fabulous homemade pancakes. My husband and I were really impressed with the experience and would recommend to anyone in town for the local tourism.

My wife and I stayed for a couple of days. Such a delightful experience. Room was cozy and the morning breakfast offerings are excellent. Lori and Maureen work hard to satisfy their guests.

Lori and Wayne are very welcoming and made us feel right at home in their beautiful bed and breakfast. Their B&B is wonderfully decorated - gorgeous yet cozy at the same time. I have a need to eat dairy and gluten free and they went above and beyond to accommodate me - even providing coconut milk for my morning coffee. I plan on going back and bringing my mother in law as a gift to her! There is a very nice winery nearby with lovely owners as well.

No box pancakes here! The breakfast part of our stay at Elias Carter House included fresh fruit salad, warm muffins, orange juice and home made blueberry pancakes! We were in the Godiva room which is open, bright, and tastefully decorated. We’ll be back to stay for sure next time we’re in Brimfield!
