Quite efficient and professional service. Have done 2 project installations with the Elite Anywhere Team, good with scheduling, inventory check, and providing experienced handlers. Had a little communication issue on delivery day for the first project, but they were very responsive in making the needed adjustments to get the job done within the remaining time permitted and had improved by the 2nd project. Were very accommodating and flexible in rescheduling delivery when project site wasn't ready for installation. Overall great if you are very clear on scope of work (i.e. wall hanging v.s just delivery and assembly). Look forward to the next installation with them.

The three gentlemen who delivered my bed frame were so conscientious and helpful. Not only did they remove my old frame, they also helped me lay down my rug (measuring to ensure it was in exactly the right spot) before assembling my new bed frame on top of it. They were so careful about everything they did that my apartment looked better after they left. They couldn't have been nicer or done a better job. It was a very stress-free, pleasant experience. Would def recommend.

Elite was a pleasure to work with. In a recent delivery, their delivery men showed up precisely on time and were very courteous, even removing their shoes before coming in the house. The men set up all equipment and showed me how everything worked, and then were out quickly. Highly recommended!

Customer service was excellent. The two delivery guys that delivered my Tempo. They were nice and helpful asked where to setup the Tempo. The delivery drivers set the Tempo up exactly where I had requested, and when finished removed everything and hauled away the opened boxes. They also asked before leaving if I needed anything else they were great.

The experience with Elite Anywhere NYC is always nothing less than exceptional, from the quote I received, which was key as it was provided quickly and at the price I expected and with confirmation that the team could handle the job as it required removal, if done by experienced delivery guys goes smoothly. Support all the way from receiving the item, inspection (which is super professional to have this step), and promptly scheduling delivery with the customer created a seamless and positive experience. Finally, delivery that could be very difficult for most delivery companies went so smoothly that it made me look good, since the customer's experience with the delivery guys is the last experience that the customer has with doing business with me.
