Elizabeth's Pizza

I’m not one to write reviews but there was no greeting when we walked in. We weren’t even acknowledged until we sat down and even then no hello. ordered a salad and the chicken alfredo. Salad was a suggestion and got a bowl of lettuce brought to us instead with very little other veggies. the alfredo tasted like popcorn somehow but I still ate a little, the chicken in it was good. Not used to bad service when it comes to the Elizabeth’s i am used to going to, so it was just disappointing. my first and last visit to this location.

Having traveled to every state in the U.S. except two, I have had my share of restaurant visits. I have had many slices of New York pizza. The deluxe pizza here at Elizabeth's, in my opinion, is top 3 that I have ever eaten. Their cheeseburger is amazing also. I would highly recommend both if you are in the area.

The food was absolutely amazing. I got a pepperoni Stromboli for my wife and a cheese pizza for myself. Holy moly it's seriously good. Cooked just right, the cheese was amazing and it wasn't very greasy at all which is amazing. We'll be back on the regular and we'll tell all our friends!

Ordered $70 of delivery and when we recorded our order not only was it wrong but when I looked at the prices of the receipt to the menus that we had picked up earlier that day it was $10 more than what the menus prices and when I called to let them know I was treated rudely and when the manager got on the phone he was even worse, wouldn’t let me speak without speaking over me and got me so heated I said some really rude stuff that was out of character for me which I am truly sorry for but I will never return nor will I recommend and will also go on social media to discourage anyone from spending money with them. I will say one positive the food was delicious

I ordered a beef gyro. Drove all the way from Greensboro to get it because I was reminiscing about how good it would be since I used to eat them all the time when I lived in Lexington in the early 2000s.Nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT! It was disgusting and hard. Bread was hard and so was the meat. They must have sold the recipe or someone didn’t pay attention in cooking school or should go to cooking school. Horrible. Waste of time and money. Never again will I eat from that Elizabeth’s!
