ELKO SANITATION

My garbage and service has been absolutely remarkable. I had one driver racing through his route one time. I called the office and told them about the situation. I have been a customer for over 50 years, both in Elko and now Spring Creek. I am very pleased with the service. Every day can not be perfect, but they come close. I have never had a person from the office talk rudely to me, but then I choose to approach every conversation with the attitude we can all get something good out of a situation. Elko Sanitation is a great part of the Elko / Spring Creek area and a business I choose to stay with.

I haven't been pleased with this company for a while. They have missed picking up my trash on multiple occasions, (I always take it to the curb the night before my scheduled pickup) and refuse to answer their phone. Today was the last straw. I got a text message that my bill is now over due and it needs to be paid NOW. That's funny, I pay every 3 months and it's not due until Jan. I look at the site.. there it is. $6.00 last month for a supposed extra bag (that I don't recall having) that is now $6.50 because they never sent me a bill. No paper bill, no text, no electronic bill in my email. $6 isn't a lot, and I'm not upset about that. It's the fact that they are sending me nasty text messages about being late, but couldn't bother to send a bill to begin with. The only reason they even got

The staff at this location is top notch! They give amazing friendly customer services and you can tell that they really enjoy their jobs.

My driver is always friendly and courteous if I am outside in the yard. It's always great to see a smiling face!

They say they pride themselves on amazing customer service, well they clearly don't know what amazing customer service is....Their office manager is rude and gives attitude, belittles you and talks over you. Then when you try and ask questions she hangs up on you. Along with everyone one else in the office. Too bad we are forced to have their service because its crap. Nothing but problems!!!!! They say they reply to emails and phone calls but they don't. We tried for 6 months to get another garbage can and they never replied. With a money hungry buisness like this I figured they would have loved to charge me for another can, on top of the extra bag fees, thw go back fees for them missing pickups among other hidden fees. If you can get service elsewhere I would choose someone else.
