I go to Elk's Park mainly to use the fishing dock. It's a really nice neighborhood place to bring a young child or dog to play, though. I've only been to Elk's Park public restrooms one time, but it was obvious that both the male and female sides were recently cleaned, stocked with papertowels, soap and toilet paper!
