Emack & Bolio's Ice Cream

If you are looking for an ice cream shop that has unique and amazing flavors, you have to check out EMack and Bolio‘s ice cream in Pembroke Pines. When I walked in, I was immediately taken by the beautiful painting of the woman eating ice ice cream who has records styled as curls in her hair; such a creative art piece. Everyone there was super friendly and gave us great suggestions on what we should try. I got their toasted s’mores ice cream with the toasted marshmallow on top and it was the best ice cream I have had in a while. The ice cream was very smooth and creamy. You can taste the graham crackers plus the hints of chocolate . I cannot wait to come back and try more flavors from Emack & Bolio’s.

Wonderful place! One of the best ice cream shoppes I’ve been to in a minute. They have that “hard” ice cream that a lot of places have strayed away from. They also have so many FUN and different flavors that is always rotating. Plus super different toppings for everything. They even hard torched marshmallow and torched coconut they do right in front of you. The service was amazing and the indoor decor was super cool. Overall an amazing place to hit after eating or playing at Activate. Will be back and recommend!

Affogato was authentic and delicious. I loved how they posted my marshmallow, looks perfect. I love coming here because of the vibe, but the flavor is authentic, no chemicals, just goodness. Super friendly staff and they also do reservations for my next bday.

This my family’s first time going to this place. My 16yr old daughter suggested it. My husband and 16yr old ordered a smoothie that they both enjoyed very much. I ordered a waffle bowl with vanilla ice cream with cookie crumbles. I liked it, but I feel like the ice cream didn’t have enough flavor (Maybe it’s my pregnancy tongue). Service was great. We were the only customers so it was peaceful

We stopped by Emack & Bolio’s in Pembroke Pines today and wow… hands down some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a while. I went with the Cookie Monster (loaded with cookie chunks) and the Space Cake — both were ridiculously good. Creamy, flavorful, and just fun to eat. I've been to many ice cream places and they have watered down flavors but not here, Emack & Bolios it's authentic, full flavor goodness you can really taste. Staff was super friendly too. The vibe inside was chill and the staff was super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. It’s one of those places you walk out of already thinking about when you’ll be back. If you’re in Pembroke Pines and craving ice cream, definitely give this spot a try. You won’t regret it.
