I cannot say enough wonderful things about Empire Bagel and the incredible people who work there. Luis and his team showed me genuine kindness and compassion during an extremely difficult time for my family. Even though they were very busy, they treated me with patience, empathy, and a level of care you rarely experience anywhere. Living in Canada, I felt helpless being so far away when I wanted to support my sister and her family. When I reached out to Empire Bagel, Luis went above and beyond to make sure my order reached them, kept me updated, and did everything with warmth and humanity. The food looked amazing — put together with incredible care — and my sister said it tasted absolutely delicious. Their kindness made a heartbreaking situation feel a little less overwhelming. Every time that I go, the service is amazing. The people is always very welcoming, the food is more than great. The variety is great. If you want something sweat, there are the French toast. If you want salty, a whole grill to choose from, and if you want a sweat and salty, you can be creative and get a bagel with a strawberry cream cheese. So, in other words, you will find whatever you are craving for, here at empire bagels. Lastly, amazing environment, tables to eat inside and good temperature!

Always a great experience and delicious food here. Friendly staff, quick service. Many of sandwiches can be made gluten free and they also have gluten free bagels which is a rare find in Westchester. As someone with celiac, highly recommend.

The best burgers in Dobbs Ferry. A must try absolutely have to hit up whenever you’re in town. Customer service is phenomenal and always super welcoming. I 100% recommend.
