Empire Ginger

Empire Ginger has really gone downhill. Last few times we had gotten food there we felt the quality had decreased and we started ordering elsewhere. It got late Sunday night and they were still open so we decided to give them a try again. Big mistake. An egg roll and cheese wontons were missing from the order. We called but they already closed. I did not get to my dinner as the soup and appetizers were filing. Monday, when I went to have my leftover, untouched dinner I found it was loaded with mushrooms which we specifically asked not be in my food as I am highly allergic to them. We called, they argued. They insisted on a picture of the food with the mushrooms as the lady who we spoke to said "I cooked it myself and there were no mushrooms". We sent a picture (included in thread

We ordered over $80.00 worth of food for dinner and everything was so tasteless, soggy and inedible. I called to try and either get remakes or a refund and was told over and over again they don't do returns or remakes. In this economy to not even try to make the customer happy or remake inedible food is insane to me. Ive been a server a bartender and a front of house manager and this is not how buisness is done. I will not be back neither will my family and unfortunately we are out almost 100.00 on food I need to season and reheat to enjoy. DO NOT EAT HERE. Also my husband told them I had a shellfish allergy and im now slamming down benadryl and my night is wasted with bad food and an allergic reaction. 垃圾餐馆 骗子 有报应的Rubbish restaurant liar . The mixed vegetables and beef lunch we bought didn't have any beef. They didn't give us a return and called the police. The Suffolk police were so good that they said the scammers did the right thing 🤣

the chicken broc rice was good and order came out fast but the pork dumplings were AWFUL. honestly the worst i’ve ever had and im a huge dumpling fan. The dough is so thick, there’s barely any pork, idk they just SUCKED

The food is always fresh and delicious. I wish i found them sooner!! They have an extensive menu of some unique items, always consistent and excellent. I am super picky about Chinese, easily in the top 3 best on long Island. I love the 4 seasons with spinach but , all seafood, dim sum is just sooo good! Enjoy this local gem.
