Welcoming environment with cute and fun decor that changes with the seasons. The protein shakes and energy teas are delicious and also healthy! A great place to hang out and relax at the counter with your drink or on the comfy couch. The owner is very knowledgeable about her menu and is always creating new and tasty flavors. I enjoy stopping in to chat with the owner while I get my drinks but when I’m short on time I can always call ahead for a quick pickup! I’ve also ordered bulk orders for delivery for work and it was a smooth and easy process. Highly recommend if you’re in need of a healthy energy and protein spot or if you’re just looking for a positive environment to be in where you can enjoy a tasty energy tea!

My favorite spot for nutritional shakes and energy teas! I crave them on the daily! Tasha cares about each guest and takes pride in her products, as well as brand. The store is clean, cute, and super cozy. It's a little hard to find for first timers, but it's worth the stop. If you're a brand, Tasha and Energy Bay Area is an awesome business to collab with as I believe she is active in her communities and always willing to network! Don't pass on this place.

Their protein shakes are seriously the best — super clean, great ingredients, and they always taste amazing. Natasha is incredible! She’s so down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and really makes you feel welcome every time you come in. You can tell she takes pride in her work because her drinks are always perfect. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

THIS IS SUCH A CUTE LIL SPOT TUCKED AWAY IN AN INDUSTRIAL AREA. THE OWNER, NATASHA IS VERY SWEET N KIND. SHE EXPLAINED THE MENU TO ME AND THE DRINKS HAVE BEEN AMAZING. BEEN THERE TWICE NOW. I HAD THE ISLAND GIRL WITH PASSIONFRUIT N PINEAPPLE JUICE AND ENERGY ADDED IN. I TRIED THE CHURRO SHAKE IT WAS AMAZING!!!! I SUGGEST YOU GIVE IT A TRY.

The shake and tea’s are very good. The ice texture and the flavor are really great too.
