Enjoy Vegan Cafe

I wish we had vegan restaurants in Lexington but we don’t so I take the drive to Columbia. Today we stopped by for the first time and let me say. I absolutely love the burger, fries, Mac n cheese. I have to try the apple pie and fish and shrimp still so I will update this when I do. I have tried the fired oyster mushrooms and they were amazing and I don’t even like mushrooms. You have to try this. Sorry guys I ate my fries and Mac n cheese so I don’t have a picture.

Absolutely amazing time dining here. We dropped by not long after open and enjoyed the beautiful weather on the patio. We started with the loaded nachos which were phenomenal. We also got a couple of their juices, the midnight magic and bugs bunny, which were very tasty. For the entrees we got the teriyaki chicken and quinoa with a side of Mac and cheese and also the Rasta pasta with a side of plantains. Everything was delicious came out hot and fresh and very quickly too. The menu has a large variety of completely vegan options and everything we have tried so far was great. Also the owner is very sweet and you can see his passion in the food that you receive here.

Visiting from VA for a day and decided to try Enjoy Vegan Cafe because of the high reviews. I had the fish, shrimp plate with Mac & Cheese. Wow! Everything was perfected! Incredibly amazing delicious food! Thankyou for serving us a plate! My husband and I truly enjoyed every bite of our plate! Don’t miss out and try this cafe!

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was very well seasoned. We ordered cauliflower bites with teriyaki sauce, rasta pasta, & a couple of sides. The owner & staff were wonderful & extremely kind. We will absolutely be back!

First let me start off with I have been a vegan for 35 +years. I travel all over and am a avid foodie. Wherever I visit I try to find a local vegan restaurant. Me and my daughter found this gem while traveling back from the Stevie Nicks concert and it did not disappoint. I just wish I could have ordered one of everything on the menu although we almost did lol. The cauliflower bites are on point and the cashew rolls were unique and amazing with the most delicious sauces. The oyster mushrooms were fried crispy , seasoned perfectly and accompanied by two delicious house made sauces the sweet spicy was my fav. The seedless spaghetti special they had was hands down the best vegan pasta I have ever had and I have enjoy food from some amazing fine dining chefs. It was full of favor, season to per
