Ephrata Asian Bistro

I've been coming here frequently since they've opened and have been consistently impressed with the freshness of ingredients and friendly customer service. Some of my favorites are the hot and sour soup, Godzilla roll, and volcano roll. The food is always prepared promptly and fresh when I pick it up. The staff are friendly and welcoming each and every time!

The food here was amazing. I had the steamed dumplings (fantastic!), the spicy tuna and also beef lo mein. Everything tasted great. However, I went to dish out the beef lo mein and found a piece of hair plastered on the bottom. I had to throw out 2/3 of the lo mein (what was left). It can happen anywhere, at the same time, I’m kinda thrown off from eating there for the time being.

My new favorite Chinese food in Lancaster County. I had garlic chicken. The veggies are all super fresh and the chicken is cooked perfectly. The staff was very friendly. I will be back as soon as possible.

I am always greeted and taken care of in a timely manner. The food always comes out fresh and hot. This is a great place to get take out. The crab Rangoon is delicious!

The food was really good and tasted fresh. Serving size was good, was very full after. Also had a sushi roll which was solid. Definitely seemed like a family run place. Got takeout a different time and enjoyed that as well. Fast and good service.
