Epic Burger

What an "Epic" failure. I had high hopes coming in for a carry‑out order, but the experience was a major disappointment. I ordered two burgers with sweet potato waffle fries and a kid’s chicken tender meal. The burgers were fine, but the kid’s meal was shocking, the two chicken tenders were smaller than a McDonald’s Chicken McNugget. The worst part, however, was the fries. I didn't know that fries can come with "burnt ends". At first, I thought the black bits were pepper, but they turned out to be burnt leftovers from the fryer oil. No one should be serving food like that to customers. I told the staff this was my first time here, but I get the feeling it will also be my last, especially with so many better burger places around these days.

This place never disappoints. Jonathan, the general manager, is always welcoming and makes you feel appreciated. Eddie’s cooking is consistently great, and Cynthia provides excellent service every time. I drive all the way from the NW suburbs just to come to this location—always worth the trip

This was my first time to come to Epic. I ordered a single classic burger meal. The burger was nice. I really like the bread which was pretty crispy. The hamburger steak was tasty as well. It wasn’t too oily or salty. But I don’t recommend the fries.

I am a regular customer now at epic burgers. Their burgers are super tasty and today I met Jonathan, who is the manager at this branch and he was super sweet as well. He asked about how our meals were and was very kind.

Not worth going they handed me burnt food and then someone reached out when I left a review but I never heard back for refund they promised. Not expecting much from a fast food place but not getting charcoal chicken is bare minimum
