Epiphany Gluten Free Bakery

I absolutely adore this bakery!! Everyone there is always so kind but my last experience there is what prompted me to leave a review. I ordered a cake for my grandmother and I’s birthday and the cake they made blew my expectations out of the water. It was a gluten free strawberry cake with a fresh strawberry filling and oh my lord was it the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. I was nervous the cake was going to come out a bit dry being gluten free but it was so soft and moist and the flavor was perfect; not overly sweet or too strawberry forward. It served 8 people easily with extra left over which we gave to our server at the restaurant we were dining in who also came back to rave about how amazing the cake was and asked where it was from. You know when you find a gem and can’t believe how lucky you are? That’s how I feel about Epiphany. We discovered Epiphany at the Marco Island Farmer’s market. We got cinnamon rolls, donuts, and something else. All gluten free, all delicious. We went back the next week and got vegan donuts (moist and good but felt sticky in our mouths,) strawberry desserts, and turnovers. Ate everything. Loving our experience, we went to the actual cafe in Naples. We arrived after the rush so pickings were slim but the waffle was awesome. The breakfast pizza was a bit cold. The atmosphere was fun and lively with lilac trees and flowers (fake of course) hanging throughout the cafe. Because we liked the food, we ordered a birthday cake for my mom. Incredible gluten free pastries and sandwiches! 100% gluten free bakeries are tough to find and often hit or miss but there was not a single item we tried we could tell was GF. We tried the Roast Beef Sandwiches and Turkey B’ Jacked on the brioche roll, French roll and everything bagel and they were all sooo savory. The brioche roll was surprisingly soft. We also tried the cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip cookies, sour cream coffee cake, guava and cheese pastry, lemon blueberry muffin and bodacious brownie. I would recommend all of them but was particularly surprised with the flakiness of the pastry, the richness of the brownie, and the flavor and softness of the sour cream coffee cake and lemon blueberry muffin. Can’t wait to go back and try other items!

I’m so glad I found Epiphany! Everything I tried tasted just like it was made with regular flour – you’d never know it’s gluten-free. I had the Dress Legend cake, cupcakes, cookies, and a breakfast sandwich, and all of them were absolutely delicious. The staff is welcoming and friendly, which makes the experience even better. This place is a must-visit for anyone who wants gluten-free treats without compromise.

What an amazing place! The perfect spot for anyone with celiac or gluten intolerance like me. It’s been so hard to find anything like this in Florida, but we were more than willing to drive 45 minutes to get here—and it was absolutely worth it! Everything looks incredible, and so far, everything we’ve tried has tasted just as amazing.
