EQUIS Pica Pollo (Union City)

The pica pollo was delicious, well seasoned with a bunch of flavors that brought me back to a nostalgic state 🇩🇴 wasn’t really a fan of the wasacaca sauce, but overall it was good!

So I came over here recently over the weekend I was looking for this type of dominican fried chicken in my neighborhood because I didn't want to go all the way to dyckman in new york city!I was buying this food to make this charcuterie tik tok thing for my brother in laws birthday !they are American Italian so I wanted to show of this food from my country !point of the matter is they live in south jersey and it was gonna be 2 hours away !so I was getting the largest portion they have of the chicken I think it was 14 pieces and I see a sign in front of me on the counter that says I can get the chicken with either fries ,tostones ,maduros or the rice of the day (except for locrio) So I tell the lady since im going far I would the chaufa rice .she tells me that they use to do it like that bu
