This is an amazing new Italian Restaurant. The food and service is amazing. While the menu does not have gluten-free markings, many of their offerings can be made gluten-free and they have gluten-free pasta. The gluten allergy in our group chose the Lobster Fettuccine and the portion was ample enough to have leftovers. The other orders in our party were the Chicken Parmigiana and the Ossa Bucco (Amazing). The Osso Bucco was also gluten-free. This restaurant has an ample sized bar area with seting. There are two dining areas, one by the bar and another more elegant dining area to the side. We were thrilled to hear that a new restaurant had opened - and we're even happier that it not only met our expectation, but surpassed them! We were greeted warmly, served with a smile and enthusiasm, and both enjoyed our food so much that we were planning our next visit before we left our table. EXCELLENT! The pictures show the garlic bread, my grilled salmon (cooked to perfection), and my wife's bolognese. Yum!

First time trying this new restaurant out. Fantastic beef tips with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Will definitely be back to try more of their entrees. So far so good.

My husband and I had dinner at Ernestina’s last night, and we already can’t wait to go back! The service was wonderful and the food was excellent. I ordered the bolognese, which was delicious, and my husband had the blackened steak tips. The steak tips were cooked perfectly, and the red pepper sauce was incredible. The menu offers a wide variety of options, which made it hard to choose what to order. We’re excited to have such a great dining option right here in the Palmer area.

Ordered a combo pizza and chicken parm pizza to go. Absolutely excellent! This is the pizza this area has been missing for years. Fairly priced and generous portions. I can’t wait to return to dine in!
