E+ROSE Wellness Cafe - Brentwood

As a fellow registered dietitian, I absolutely love everything about this place. I feel good knowing exactly what ingredients are going into my meal - all clean ingredients. I’ve tried many items from the menu and they all taste incredible. The food is even pup approved :)

Update 11/22/25 Today we dined with a delicious ginger green smoothie and a great almond butter and jelly with fresh berries for the jelly . We did take away with Three bowls, the Pro Bowl, Dark Hearts and one made to do order. We added Two smoothies. Our food was ready and order was exactly as ordered. Great healthy food Free WiFi Pick up. Was quick. The venue is wheel chair accessible with accessible restroom with grab bars and more than 5ft x 5 ft space Stroller parking out front. Wheel chair access parking out front, free. Van access in close covered green parking lot.

Such a treat to find a gluten free, vegan establishment where I have tons of options to choose from. Todays order I chose the aloha bowl - tropical and sweet, just what I like! Store has a very decor and vibe. The service sets it apart - very friendly and knowledgeable of their menu, offering great recommendations! I highly recommend to anyone who likes healthier options or who has dietary allergens. Can’t wait to try more!

Fresh & healthy food, Friendly people, clean place. Our go to vegan place in Brentwood! It's a small place if dining in, but the place offers well packaged food, great selection with fresh salad, quinoa wraps, freshly squeezed juice, shots and much more. Sandwiches are made to order, well packed. Plenty of free parking onsite, clean restrooms in the café. Looking for fresh vegan food to dine in or to go, you can't go wrong with this place!
