Escovitchez Restaurant in Tucker is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Caribbean food in the area. The jerk beef burger is packed with flavor, the oxtails are tender and rich, and the escovitch fish is perfectly seasoned with that amazing tangy topping. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is welcoming. If you’re anywhere near Tucker and craving real Jamaican flavor, this place is a must-visit. Definitely 5 stars!😊🤤😋💯

We were actually headed to a different bar when we passed Escovitchez, but the exterior looked so inviting we had to stop in. I’m so glad we did—it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The vibe was unmatched. They had a live DJ spinning great tracks, and the energy was so high that people were actually up and dancing. I loved that they have huge TVs everywhere; I was able to catch the CFB game while I ate, and then joined the dance floor once I was finished. The Food & Drinks: Oxtails: Absolutely delicious and tender. Jamaican Mule: A great twist on a classic. If you like rum, get this! Shoutout to the two bartenders working that night. They weren't just fast and skilled with the drinks—they were genuinely funny and great company. They made us feel right at home. This pl

Visited on a Friday evening with my homegirl. Our server was Camille and she was fantastic. We tried the soursop margarita (with Don Julio) and it was delicious, well blended, and smooth. I ended up having two of them. The plantain nachos were the best tasting of the apps we got. Slightly overcooked but the flavor was evident. The restaurant is aesthetically beautiful. Much larger than the Snellville location. There was a live DJ on this night. My only suggestions would be: 1. A livelier atmosphere for a Friday night. 2. The staff cleaned the table next to us while we were eating and bleach was STRONG. I would switch to a fragrance free cleaner or wait until no one has their food out before wiping the tables down. I see a TON of potential for this location. Based off the food and servi

Visited for 1st time early Friday evening and we'll be back with friends. The food was delicious and service friendly and frequent without being bothersome. We started with jerk chicken plantain nachos, an interesting and delicious appetizer, and then ordered the Calyspso Cauliflower vege dish and Ox tail shrimp fried rice. Both main dishes were excellent.

I gave overall two stars due to food being lukewarm warm, we had the jerk chicken egg rolls great taste but just warm not like freshly cooked, ordered the jerk chicken (cold) and the oxtails and beans and literally a piece of potato and the meat was not tender. Even though served in a skillet it was just warm. You would think in a skillet it would have some type of steam. The flavor was just ok. Ordered a lemon drop martini that was tasty. The food was Definitely not worth the money spent. We have visited the Snellvile location numerous times, and decided to just stick to that location for overall quality. The atmosphere here is beautiful, however the seating is tight for how spacious this location is, be prepared to hear your neighbors full conversation. The waitress was on point, even wi
