Essence Bar and Grill

I celebrated my birthday here last night and can I tell you I am still smiling, looking at pics/vids sent to me and most of all still thanking God for the night. It was amazing and all my peeps had a great time and talked about how good the food was. Very nice atmosphere and it felt safe, which is important! Thank you Essence. Special shout out to the DJ! A night I hope to never forget♥

Pollin was amazing. I came with my sister and cousin just for a girls night. She immediately greeted us with great hips and sat us. She checked in on us throughout the whole the time here. I would definitely come back and request to be served by her! Pollin deserves a raise! Excellent employee. K

The BK Girl Friends had their annual fundraising event here. The members and guests played games, participated in Karaoke and enjoyed the music, bar and buffet!

Enjoyed patronizing this establishment. Intimate space, bar & table set up, with stage platform and DJ station. We attended a live evening comedy show hosted on Wednesdays with Ace Zanders & Friends. Great entertainment, food, and drinks. The chicken wings and fried shrimp were so good! Attentive and courteous servers doubled as the bar attendants. It was a welcomed vibe.

I was here for a special event. The food was tasty and satisfying. I especially enjoyed the baked and jerk wings, rice&peas and collards. The drinks were good too. This event included a DJ for karaoke, which was a lot of fun. The staff was welcoming and attentive.
