Estmont Food Service Equipment

I called Estmont because my pizza ovens were not working at all. They came out the next day. The guy told me he would call me the next day with an estimate. The next day I didn’t hear from him. So the morning after that I called the office and told the lady he didn’t call me with an estimate. She said she would let him know and have him call me. The rest of the day and the next day I did not hear from him. So I called the office back and she said she would talk to him and personally call me back. I did not hear back from her. Since my ovens were broken I was closed until I could get them up and running again. I found someone in L.A. to come out and rebuild my ovens. Three weeks later Estmont called me with an estimate. I said was I supposed to be closed this whole time waiting for you guys
