ETCetera Sushi & Thai Bites

My fiancé and I came here to celebrate Valentine's Day (weeks after the 14th, of course, because we're not crazy enough to go out ON Valentine's Day! 😂). We were able to be seated right away on a Saturday Evening, but the building was far from empty, this was absolutely the place to be and we're so glad we got in! Jun was our server. He did a great job making recommendations, was very friendly and easy to talk to, and our water glasses were never empty. We had the lamb, cocktails, and several sushi rolls I forgot to take photos of because they were SO delicious! I had the El Norco and it was FIRE in every way - flavor, presentation, and spiciness. I would definitely recommend the lychee martini and the cactus flower for drinks! This is definitely going to become a new date spot for us!

On a Wednesday specials lunch October 30,2025 the place was locked shut with a handmade sign that said “Sorry closed today for technical issues “ but no further information about reopening that evening or the 2-6 happy hour resumption. Apparently the chef was reprimanded by the Owner partner to the extent that he left and the Owner argued that he couldn’t. He left the entire staff with no daily income or tips when the restaurant was vacated 🫤. Customers in Albertsons knew and confirmed how the opportune food quality and service were destroyed by management. Seems that it’s been a common complaint for 2-3 years. A local great restaurant and location can’t be relied on despite the large income and loyal customers.

Opening day was a lot of fun. We have watched ETC building out for many months and are very happy they have opened. The staff and owners were enormously welcoming and trained spot on. Everything gleamed and what was very subdued when the door opened became a lively hum as folks filed in. Great creative menu will keep returning guests exploring for many visits. The great selections mean you have to think about them a bit; way too soon to have a “ usual “. However, those lamb chops are definitely in the running! Moist, well seasoned and tender, what’s not to love? And the tako sushi was tender, fresh and sweet, very well made! Can’t wait to explore that menu further. They have a full bar, I didn’t have any because I was there for lunch. But it looked well-stocked and full of hospitality.

It's always a good time when we come, love that it is busy and has great atmosphere, food is top notch, very fresh and well prepared, great customer service and the drinks are so good, totally recommend trying them out, it's that good.

This place is expensive. The sushi was good but if a place tries to nickel and dime you such as charging for a side of siracha then you get an automatic 2 stars! Such a shame a place charges for condiments. Maybe they will stop charging but I doubt it.
