I don't believe they are open until 11:30pm. I went at 9:30pm and they were closed already. Also the door doesn't really lock when you're inside. There's just no handle on the outside of the door to pull it open. If you are in there longer than 10 minutes an extremely loud alarm goes off which helps Keep people from living in it. Cool bathroom for sure
