Express Grub

Came here after work. Walked from the Norcross library, less than 15 minutes, to grab a quick dinner. Express Grub is located within a gas station. Prices are great. You get plenty for a better price than most places that sells the same menu item. They also have sittings. Not a five star restaurant but sure fills the stomach and doesn’t dent the wallet. Great stuff.

Very going place cheap I got the 5 piece wings hot with fry rice let me tell you it did not disappoint very good I also got the burger and dang that thing was good really good food

Been coming here for a while, they always get my tastebuds jumping for joy. House special fried rice, no vegetables with 6 piece honey bbq wings & mango drink 🙌🏽

I used to absolutely love these guys, but it seems based upon my last several visits that the standard has fallen a bit. The tortillas are overcooked on the tacos. The meat in the tortas is not tender like it used to be, and has a lot of gristle. Finally the whole impression from taste to freshness makes one feel as if expansion has caused more of an assembly line process to be used, however the food still takes a long time compared to similar restaurants that I frequently visit. I hope the owner will step up and take back what he started off doing with his restaurant. That is to build a chain of small fast service eateries that still provide good value by serving the delicious food at an affordable price. Wings are good and good size but the overall meal proportion you receive isn’t worth the price. I would suggest a better type of fries and more of them. The size of the blue cheese and ranch that comes with the meal is the size for a child (no exaggeration). On a positive note, I ordered from Uber eats and the food was still burning hot when I got it even though it was 30 minutes away. The dry lemon pepper were perfectly seasoned and not too much or too less and the chicken on the bones are cooked correctly and thick wings. The fact the restaurant stays open an hour later than most is a smart move on their part. I would say if the restaurant changed their fries and portion size compared to pricing they would be 5 star.
