Very friendly ladies that work here. And they have all these new personalized and custom plates for nearly anything or any organization in louisiana. Came on Tuesday about 11am and was in an out in 10 minutes. They were able to perform all the services I needed and done professionally, proper and quickly. If you dont pay with cash ypu can expect the OMV to upcharge you for the fee they pay to use the credit card machine as well as an upcharge for the personal business owner(s). So if you go use cash. Hopefully they have it fixed soon enough but the A/C was out and the poor ladies working were just trying to make it work. They had so many fans behind them to try to stay cool. Recommend 4/5 here for anything OMV/DMV related

I like working with these ladies. I won't go anywhere else. I will admit they are busy here. Avoid Mondays and Fridays, if possible, unless you have an appoinment or arrive prior to opening. Seems these are their busy days. Good luck.

I came to turn in my plate and I thought I would be there for a while but within five minutes, they called me to come to the desk. The lady was wonderful and the service was great. I was in and out in no time thank you for being so efficient.

I typically do not leave reviews, but after receiving a text request from Express for feedback, I felt it was appropriate to share my experience. Notary at Your Service has always been a reliable option for us, but they are not approved to process the specific license change I needed and referred me to Express DMV Slidell. At Express, my documentation was declined, despite the same documents having been recently accepted and approved by a federal agency for the required change. Although the staff attempted to remain polite and professional, the interaction lacked the clarity and support expected in situations involving straightforward administrative updates. Express OMV is so worth the reasonable convenience fees. They have employees who actually want to help you, as opposed to the state OMV locations where their people exert more effort avoiding work than it would be to just do the job. I found this location of Express OMV because the nearby state OMV lies about the computer system being down and generally makes up excuses to not take walk-ins and cancel booked appointments. Unless you have time and trips to waste, don't bother going anyplace else.
