F1RST Restaurant

We were a party of 5 this past week. We had 7 different appetizers for the table. The fried calamari and artichokes were delicious. The foie gras was a special and a huge portion. 5 different mains, all delicious. I had the pork chop, my husband that the pasta with bolognese. 4 different desserts were shared. The service was professional and attentive. Chef came from the kitchen to chat for a few moments. The restaurant is lovely and charming, soft music playing. BYOB, our wine was handled professionally.

Menu is filled with tempting choices and special are really special. Each dish is accompanied by side dishes to enhance the main course. We selected all our dishes from special menu. All desserts are made by the chef and worth a trip just for a sweet treat. Our server Vincent was excellent and the whole serving team worked in tandem. The restaurant has a very vibrant feel. Acoustics could be improved so you can appreciate the wonders of the chef.

Absolutely love F1rst!! I have been here four times in the last few months and have always been delighted with the food and service. Sometimes it’s an attention to details that brings a restaurant to the next level. Upon entering you are warmly greeted by the chefs mom, you are then seated at an impeccably arranged table, the waitress which we always seem to get the same one is spot on, then the food! I just cannot say enough!

I took a friend out for her birthday. She is a foodie and had been everywhere. I was looking for a restaurant she hadnt tried. Both of us were quite pleased. The food, service and ambiance were excellent. I started with the beet salad and my friend had the caesar salad. Both of us had the short ribs. Mine with whipped cauliflower. Absolutely superb. This was a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to bringing a larger group very soon.

The food here is excellent! I love when a chef has seasonal menus. We arrived the first night of their ‘Spring menu” and it was amazing. I had the crab cake appetizer and the scallops for my entree. The favorite thing I tried all night was the fried artichoke and calamari dish - omg a must try! My aunt had the cod for her entree which she loved. The portions are on the bigger side. The hostess, the staff, and Chef were all so friendly and welcoming!
