Fabrica Pizza

Visited Tampa and made a point to try Fabrica Pizza — and it absolutely lived up to its reputation. This is proper Neapolitan pizza: beautifully blistered crust, high-quality ingredients, and outstanding balance of flavor. It’s easy to see why Fabrica has earned its place among the Top 50 pizzerias in the U.S.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The pizza at Fabrica Pizza in Tampa is absolutely phenomenal. It was so good that my fiancé and I literally drove two hours just to dine in — and it was worth every single mile! The crust was perfectly cooked! Soft on the outside and soft on the inside, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generous. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was friendly, and the entire experience felt special from start to finish. This isn’t just pizza — it’s an experience. We will definitely be back (even if it means another two-hour drive)! (Just in case staff reads this? I’m the lady who asked the record the young man flipping the pizza! lol) You were all GREAT!

Delicious Napolitan pizza. The bread and pizza dough is phenomenal, and their margarita pizza tastes wonderful. They take allergies seriously and are very accommodating.

Very good — a strong attempt at true Neapolitan pizza. Crispy edges, soft center, and plenty of flavor. Maybe not the best pizza in Tampa Bay, but it’s definitely in the conversation. Solid 8/10

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered three pizzas for a bunch of kids, and my wife went to pick them up. When we opened the boxes at home — all of them were completely burned on the bottom. Not just overcooked — burned black. The photos don’t even do it justice. The taste was bitter and disgusting. No way kids can eat that — honestly, no one should. It’s just trash. Most of it went straight in the garbage. If you care about your stomach or your kids’ health — stay far away from this place!!!!
