As other reviews said, it’s in an office building, but if you’re from the area you know all the best delis are in office buildings! This place is a gem though! The sandwiches are amazing. It’s so obvious when a place takes pride and joy in what they do, and that’s this deli. Best Rueben! Crispy griddle fried bread and the correct amount of sauerkraut. I will be back anytime I have to go to Inova (8 minutes away). It’s very also close to 66. Very kind people working there and the free tea and soup were an added bonus. These people clearly love what they do. I missed delis like this when I moved away. Very glad to have found one worth stopping at!
Yesterday, I ordered an omelet and grilled chicken salad through DoorDash. The vegetables in the salad were very fresh and well-composed, and the grilled chicken was delicious. The omelet was also delicious, and the home fries that came with the combo were delicious. I'm happy to have found this place and will order from there often.
If I can give a zero I would. I paid 44.00 Yes 44.00 and some change for 2 steak and cheeses and questionable home fries. I told the lady extra cheese and bacon only. I open my 20 dollar sandwich and it was full of lettuce and tomatoes which I can’t eat. On your ever loving life don’t eat here. I will try to post a picture of my sandwich. UGH!!!
Food was good, a little pricey but large portions so you get your moneys worth.Location is peculiar since it’s inside an office building on the ground floor, it cannot seen from the street. Snacks are low priced and they have everything you’d want in a quick lunch run. Would go again to try out their different options.
The Fair Lakes Deli is a small family-owned business that offers variety of good quality food, snacks, drinks, as well as a complimentary soup of the day and tea 👌🏻 It is located inside the plaza; there’s plenty of parking outside (wheelchair-accessible). My boyfriend and I stopped by in the morning to get a quick breakfast before work and were delighted. The food was made per order and came out fast. ‘Steak & Cheese’ and ‘Rib-eye Steak Melt’ are to die for!! Definitely recommend 😎
