Fair Meadows Sports Grill

I don't think people realize that this Fair Meadows sports bar and grill is open every day and pretty much anybody can just walk in there and use the bar and grill I don't think you have to Be betting on the television broadcast horse races. I just go in and sit at the bar and a waitress will come and ask you what you want to drink and the iced tea is wonderful and they also have a daily special on the food. And you can ask for a menu in the hamburgers are awesome. I wish I had known about this place 20 years ago. It's in the fairgrounds right next to the water park and it's to the east of the hotel at the fairgrounds. I think I saw an employee of the fairgrounds taking an order for somebody that was in a RV park on the fairgrounds. I think they deliver to the RV Park.

If you like horserace betting and eating too...this is a great place. Food is very good too. Individual tvs at each booth...for watching horseraces(about 10 channels) or just TV in general (about 4 channels). Also huge big screen tvs above on the walls. You DO NOT have to bet on races to be there...although 99% of the people there are there for that purpose. NOT necessarily a place for children...since the bettors can get loud and are known to occasionally cuss when "their horses" lose!

Love the many tvs.....horse-racing atmosphere. The food can be better. Sometimes it is superb .. sometimes iffy. Consistency is a virtue!

If your into horse racing and gambling on the races this place is for you. Year round tracks to watch bet on eat great food or just take a drink break

I never win much. Employees are friendly. Plenty of parking. Food is good.
